− The Role Crozaint is looking for an ambitious and aggressive Manager to develop sales strategies and attract new customers in international market (as per the assigned geography).
− The manager will play a key role in increasing revenues through targeted customer acquisition, execute the sales process, meet sales targets, build client relationships and build a young sales team.
− Should have a basic understanding of major cloud platforms – AWS & Azure.
− The ideal candidate is aware of the current market trends within the category, customer and consumer behavior and is an early adopter of technology.
− The Job Definition Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, acquiring clients & maintaining client relationships resulting in customer retention/ renewals and word of mouth referrals over the phone.
− Leads Customer Journey Actively maintains and expands client database in the various segments in the assigned region and growing existing ones.
− Handle new client onboarding and build pipeline for new business accounts.
− Researches and plans for Customer calls/demo on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
− Understand the market, customers and use data to increase productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
− Accurately forecast weekly and monthly customer acquisition and revenue.
− Create a positive brand image/awareness of Crozaint to new prospective clients on the call.
− Keeps a customer centric approach in sales calls, follows the set protocol with the objective to build long lasting relationship with the customer.
− Captures Customer success as a case study and shares with the relevant teams.
− Ensures appropriate handovers and seamless transition to post sales teams in a timely manner.
− Learn and explore new methods on a daily basis to generate high-quality leads and prospects.
– 3+ years of experience in international sales preferably in US, APAC, Middle East or Europe market.
− Good understanding of cloud & IT Infrastructure Platforms (AWS, Azure)
− Deep understanding of & exposure to emerging technologies with relevant business development and delivery experience and managing profitability
− Demonstrated the understanding of our industry, customer needs and competitive landscape
− Strong leadership qualities through quick decision-making and change management, strong analytical ability, and the ability to drive targets
